Legacy Service Partners in Snellville, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to inquiries, schedule service visits, and support technicians. The role focuses on delivering top-tier customer experiences for residential clients, with a Monday–Friday shift from 9am to 2pm at the Snellville office.

Ideal candidates bring prior customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of inquiries.
• Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical terminology is an asset.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations with empathy and conflict resolution.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; ability to work well with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and dispatch service scheduling as needed.
• Schedule service appointments and assist technicians with planning.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure efficient scheduling and routing.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and appointment details.
• Maintain organized customer records and document interactions.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting over the phone when possible.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and capture feedback.
• Handle complaints or escalations with professionalism and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on company services and policies to answer inquiries accurately.
• Assist with data entry, invoicing, and service reports as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
