Fanatics Betting & Gaming is hiring a part-time CRM Associate to support day-to-day execution of our Commercial CRM program. You’ll help build, QA, and launch campaigns across email, push, and in-app messages, ensuring timely delivery in a live sports environment.

This hands-on role requires detail obsession, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work a rotating ET evenings and weekends schedule.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of CRM/marketing ops or campaign execution experience.
• Strong QA mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization for multiple campaigns in part-time schedule.
• Passion for sports, betting, and gaming products.
• Autonomous work style with end-to-end delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app.
• QA campaigns before launch ensuring links and personalization work.
• Coordinate with Promo Ops and customer service to resolve issues.
• Maintain campaign calendars and documentation in Airtable.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up drafting and reporting.
