Qualifications

• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• Current Maryland State RN licensure or Compact State licensure.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care/ICU nursing experience.
• Availability to work 60 hours in a 6-week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages care for med/surg/tele, or med/stroke patients.
• Educates patients and families about care plans.
• Plans continuum of care across the stay.
• Provide safe care and ensure an excellent patient experience.
