Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a compassionate Crisis Intervention Specialist for a part-time role in Indiana, covering St. Clair, Randolph, Perry, Clinton, and other counties. The specialist will provide crisis intervention services, deliver assessments, and aid individuals in mental health crises.

Potential candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of supervised experience or a master’s degree in a relevant field. The anticipated pay is between $21.00 - $22.00 an hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of supervised mental health experience.
• Or a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including assessments and safety planning.
• Complete documentation promptly—100% of assessments at time of service.
• Support individuals through court-ordered assessments and group services.
