Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc. in St. Louis, MO is hiring part-time Crew Transport Drivers to shuttle railroad crew members between yards, hotels and other stops. You’ll drive a company-provided vehicle, with fuel covered, and receive paid training with no CDL required.

This flexible role focuses on safety and reliability, offering 15.30 per hour to start, shift differentials for qualifying shifts, and a pathway to join the nation’s largest rail crew transportation company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related)
• Able to pass post-offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
• Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport railroad crew members
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience
• Communicate with the PTI Command Center
• Help keep trips moving efficiently and on time
• Open and close vehicle doors and hatches for passengers
• Inspect the vehicle and report any concerns
