Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc. in Louisville, KY is hiring part-time crew transport drivers. Starting pay rates are $15.00 to $16.00 an hour, with a company-provided vehicle and fuel for trips.

No CDL is required, and paid training is offered. This flexible role provides an opportunity to earn extra money while helping keep America’s railroad moving. You will transport railroad crew members between yards, hotels, and other destinations, completing varying-length trips and ensuring passenger

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport railroad crew members.
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.
• Communicate with the PTI Command Center.
• Help keep trips moving efficiently and on time.
• Open and close vehicle doors and hatches for passengers.
• Inspect the vehicle and report any concerns.
