Job summary

Merchants Bank in Winona, MN is seeking a part-time Credit Administration Support Specialist to help organize and upload loan documents into LQAS, pull and file loan files, and support post‑loan file maintenance.

Working 25–30 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 am to 1:30 pm, you will need strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and provide accurate, confidential service to internal and external customers.

• Transport files between bank locations and manage retention processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
