Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess license/guard card where required per state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and team members per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Screen packages, shipments, personnel and visitors per site procedures; report suspicious items or activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and keep screening/visitor records updated.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
