Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Verify credentials and issue visitor badges; maintain logs.
• Monitor entry and exit points and deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms; document observations.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility interior, exterior, and parking areas.
