Flying S Title & Escrow in Idaho Falls, ID is hiring a Courier for a part-time role, Monday-Friday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm with additional hours as needed. You will pick up and deliver documents, supplies, and mail between offices and external contacts.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, proficient with Google or Microsoft Office, and has a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior office or banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass MVR and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Make timely pickups and deliveries of documents, supplies, cash-related items, mail, and title/escrow materials between offices and external contacts.
• Make bank deposits and perform other banking transactions as needed.
• Prioritize schedules to meet delivery and banking deadlines.
