PriMED Physicians in Dayton, OH is seeking a Medical Office Courier to transport interoffice mail, medical documents, vaccines, and supplies between PriMED offices, the US Post Office, and the bank.

A Medical Office Courier is a professional responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of interoffice mail, outgoing mail, medical documents, vaccines, medical supplies, and bank deposits between healthcare facilities, the post office, and the bank. Their role involves ensuring that all items are handled with care, in compliance with safety regulations, and delivered securely to the correct recipients. The courier must maintain confidentiality regarding patient information and sensitive medical materials. Key duties include organizing delivery schedules, inspecting packages for accuracy and condition, adhering to health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA for medical privacy. The position may require physical stamina for lifting and carrying items, as well as proficiency in navigating local routes. A high level of professionalism and attention to detail is crucial for this role.
