Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to clients as outlined in medication administration policy.
• Control, count, and document onsite medication.
• Educate clients on medication use and side effects.
• Verify medication orders with the physician.
• Assist in the admission process and document substance use diagnosis.
