Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and location policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with management and emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity and report conditions.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.
• Support daily operations by providing directions and answering questions for tenants and staff.
