Part‑Time Core Sales Associate

Pay

$16.00 per hour – $17.60 per hour commensurate with experience

Hours

Up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Preference for at least 20 hours per week. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Must stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.

• Consistently deliver on KPIs, be fully cross‑trained across store functions, mentor and support new team members, living values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
