Job summary

Pandora Christiana Mall is seeking a Part-Time Core Staff Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, exceed sales goals, and support store operations in a fast-paced, brand-focused environment. You will build genuine connections with fans, share product knowledge, act as a brand ambassador, and maintain merchandising standards to ensure an on-brand shopping experience.

You’ll be cross-trained across store functions, mentor new team members, and contribute to KPIs while working a flexible

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50 + pounds.
• Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks up to 21 hours (maximum 30 hours per week).

Hours & Compensation

Base weeks: up to 12 hours per shift. Peak weeks: up to 21 hours (maximum 30 hours per week). Hourly rate: $15.00–$17.60, commensurate with experience.
