Part‑Time Core Sales Associate – responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals and engaging fans.

Responsibilities

• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with fans.
• Engage with and inspire fans using product knowledge and create memorable shopping moments.
• Maintain merchandising standards and support smooth store operations.
• Meet KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a care focus.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• Minimum age of 18 with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive promptly.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week (up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours in peak weeks, not exceeding 30).
