Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Developed a sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; may include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 per week in base weeks, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); dependability matters for scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
