The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans (customers).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive timely.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Peak weeks may increase to 21 hours; not to exceed 30 hours per week.
