Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MLS/MLIS preferred.
• Experience with copy cataloging workflows in academic libraries.

Responsibilities

• Copy cataloging and import into Ex Libris Alma (IZ/NZ)
• Identify duplicates across IZ and NZ
• Link/match records from NZ to IZ per consortium rules
• Import MARC records from OCLC into NZ
• Edit MARC records to current standards (RDA, LCSH)
• Verify LC classifications and local call numbers
• Route records requiring original cataloging per workflows
• Create/update holdings and item records in IZ
• Track processing statistics and report to RAM director
