Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards across the area of responsibility.
• Keep storage areas organized and clean for all food items.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items, rotate inventory.
• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas and product pars.
• Collaborate with manager to create specials and other menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
