Schulte Hopsitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented on-call Cook to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This part-time role emphasizes high standards of sanitation, food preparation, and flexible scheduling to meet events and daily service needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean storage, rotating inventory, preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, and collaborating with the manager on specials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• The ability to follow safety regulations and health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in the area of responsibility.
• Ensure organized and clean storage for all food.
• Handle and store food items properly; rotate inventory.
• Prepare food according to specifications for meals and banquets.
• Work with manager to create menu specials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
