Qualifications

• State Food Service Sanitation certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and planned meals prior to food preparation.
• Prepare meals according to established menus and recipes, including special diets.
• Follow all sanitation, storage, and safety procedures.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Coordinate food preparation with dietary and other facility departments.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and work area.
