TouchPoint is hiring a part‑time Cook at 2015 Jackson Street, Anderson, IN 46016. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour with part‑time hours, Monday through Friday, weekends rotating. Applications must be submitted online.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion sizes, and temperature requirements.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare them for delivery using correct portioning and maintaining appropriate temperatures.
• Use ticket collection procedures during service and keep accurate service records.
• Clean kitchen and maintain high cleanliness standards after preparation and serving.
• Store or discard excess food per safe food‑handling procedures.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and properly organized.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Work safely while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance following HACCP standards.
