Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related food service position preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card/Certification may be required according to local and/or state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Basic math, reading, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all foods following standard recipes, handling several orders at once.
• Restock food items and kitchen supplies; rotate food safely.
• Operate cooking equipment such as flat grills, char broiler, fryer, slicer.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
