Qualifications

• Experience in dining services required.
• Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple calculations.
• Must be able to follow oral and written directions.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Organized and able to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety.
• Report faulty equipment and replace or remove items as needed.
• Assist in training dietary staff and in-services as directed.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
