Pearl of Joliet, operated by Archway Management, is seeking a motivated Cook to join our healthcare dining team. You will prepare and cook a variety of meals for patients and staff, following recipes and dietary guidelines, while keeping a clean, organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Cook or related role.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
• Monitor food inventory and ordering, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet patient demand
• Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and implement special diets and menu items
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
