Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking an experienced cook to deliver exceptional dining for our residents. You will craft meals that delight, follow menus and dietary guidelines, and build meaningful relationships with residents in a senior living community.

We value creativity, passion for seniors, and teamwork. This full-time on-site role offers weekend and holiday availability, competitive wages and benefits, and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Ability to follow recipes and menus.
• Willingness to learn and grow skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals that deliver a positive dining experience for residents.
• Follow established menus and dietary guidelines.
• Collaborate with culinary team to maintain quality and safety.
