Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will train and mentor dining staff, supervise back-of-house and front-of-house operations, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Applicants should have 2 years as a waitperson in a full-service restaurant, a high school diploma, knowledge of dining etiquette and food safety, and strong supervisory and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience as a waitperson in a full service restaurant, preferred.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of proper dining room etiquette and food sanitation and safety.
• Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate with others.
• Outstanding customer service experience.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
