Job summary

Bass Pro Shops' Islamorada Fish Company is seeking a part-time line cook to deliver high-quality dishes with strict adherence to recipes and sanitation standards. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, handling prep, plating, and POS entry, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols.

• Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
