Down Decor, a Cincinnati-based manufacturer established in 1994, is seeking a Fractional Controller to support accounting and financial reporting. The role will maintain accurate records, assist with monthly and year-end closings, manage cash flow, and aid management in understanding financial performance.

Key duties include monthly statements, GL review, AP/AR oversight, closing support, budgeting/variance analysis, cash management, and depreciation.

Formación

• Experience with Excel required.
• Manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or cost-accounting experience is a plus.
• Netsuite ERP experience preferred.

Down Decor, established in 1994, is a Cincinnati based manufacturing company has an immediate

opening for a Fractional Controller. The Fractional Controller will support the

company's accounting and financial reporting activities. This position will be responsible for

maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with monthly and year-end closings, monitoring

cash flow, and helping management understand the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash-flow reporting.
• Manage and review general ledger activity and account reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
• Help prepare budgets, forecasts, and budget-to-actual variance reports.
• Monitor cash balances, working capital, and banking activity.
• Maintain fixed-asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Using existing reports in Netsuite, to review inventory and report mfg. cost analysis.
• Coordinate information needed for tax filings, audits, and outside CFO & CPA's
• Maintain appropriate accounting procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications:

Experience with Excel is expected. Manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or cost-accounting experience is a plus. Company uses Netsuite at their ERP.
