R+L Global Logistics is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist to support the operations team across asset and non-asset based entities. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, training, auditing, and policy implementation to exceed company goals.

Responsibilities include TSA audits, insurance certificate management, and maintaining training records, with a proactive approach to risk reduction and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Understanding of government regulations for multi-modal transport.
• Ability to read and interpret complex regulations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect the company from financial loss and risk.
• Facilitate safety testing and training with Learning and Development.
• Audit air shipments for TSA compliance.
• Work with TSA Authorized Representatives to ensure standards.
• Manage security access controls for all stations.
• Ensure compliance with CBP, DHS, DOT, FAA, FDA, FMC, IATA, TSA, OSHA.
• Maintain training records for compliance, insurance, hazmat, and safety.
• Coordinate OSHA compliance with facility management.
• Oversee process for All Risk insurance certificates and approvals.
