Job summary

Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to cover an upcoming leave for our client in Boulder. The role is 32 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday, with Fridays closed, and runs 3-6 months with potential for temp-to-hire.

The position is based in our Boulder office with occasional travel to our second office in Longmont. This is a non-profit organization setting, no remote or hybrid work, and the role involves full-cycle recruiting, background checks, and posting

Qualifications

• 1+ years recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
• Strong communication and empathy for candidates with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientations.
• Post requisitions on Indeed, COMPO (State of CO), and other job boards, including bilingual postings.
• Run criminal background checks and maintain up-to-date personnel files.
• Utilize Google Suite tools for daily tracking, communication, and administrative tasks.
• Engage proactively with applicants and provide compassionate support for candidates with disabilities.
