Job summary

Amergis is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time contract position in Chestertown, MD. The OT will evaluate clients, develop and provide occupational therapy services, and document care per the plan of care for each patient.

Requirements include OT licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited OT program, and CPR if applicable; a minimum of 18 years old and compliance with all regulations. Competitive benefits and weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy.
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Perform client evaluations and develop and provide occupational therapy services.
• Document services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.
