This role blends office content work with on-site shoots, offering 16-20 hours weekly on a flexible, weekday schedule. You’ll plan and publish social content, capture photos and videos on site, edit short-form videos, and update our website and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in marketing, communications, social media, graphic design, photography, or videography.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Creative eye for photography and video content.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Willing to visit active job sites and travel within local area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with branding.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos at job sites and events.
• Create and edit short-form video content for social media.
• Write professional, on-brand captions and messaging.
• Develop and maintain a rolling social media content calendar.
• Maintain and update the company website with projects and content.
• Design marketing materials as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, HR, and leadership for content ideas.
• Monitor engagement and route inquiries to the right team.
• Track basic performance metrics for social media and site activity.
