Little Moon Marketing is seeking a Social Media Content Producer to create and edit short-form video and in-feed graphics for local clients. You will meet with clients on-site throughout the Pittsburgh area to capture content, then produce, edit, and deliver finished assets on a biweekly schedule.

This is a hands-on production role for a creative professional who is confident in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in social content creation and editing.
• Proficiency in CapCut for video editing.
• Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop for in-feed graphics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local Pittsburgh clients on-site to plan, strategize, and capture content (roughly 4–5 visits per month).
• Produce content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Edit video content and design in-feed social graphics.
• Deliver polished, on-brand content on a biweekly cycle, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Communicate proactively with the team; flag questions, blockers, or clarification needs.
• Offers social support, guidance, best practices, etc. for multiple client accounts.
• Devises unique, creative ideas for social media content and enhancements that advance objectives and strategic plans.
• Scheduling of social media content for client accounts; light community engagement

Social Media Content Producer Contract · Part-Time (20–25 hrs/week) · Pittsburgh, PA · Hybrid

Job Summary:

Little Moon Marketing is seeking an experienced Social Media Content Producer to create and edit short-form video and in-feed graphics for our roster of local clients. You'll meet with clients on-site throughout the Pittsburgh area to capture content, then produce, edit, and deliver finished assets on a consistent biweekly schedule.

This is a hands‑on production role for a creative professional who is confident in their craft and thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. It is a junior-level position, so candidates should bring demonstrated experience and a strong portfolio, ready to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local Pittsburgh clients on-site to plan, strategize, and capture content (roughly 4–5 visits per month, sometimes more)
• Produce content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Edit video content and design in-feed social graphics
• Deliver polished, on-brand content on a biweekly cycle, consistently meeting deadlines
• Communicate proactively with the team; flag questions, blockers, or clarification needs
• Offers social support, guidance, best practices, etc. for multiple client accounts

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in social content creation and editing
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut
• Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop for in-feed social media graphics
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• A strong creative eye
• Strong, clear communication skills
• Must be based in Pittsburgh and able to meet with clients 4–5 times per month (or more)
• Excellent project management skills and high work standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the LMM team.

Additional Information

Hours

~20–25 hours per week to start, with room to grow

Rate

$30–$40 per hour, negotiable based on experience

Position Type

Independent contract role (1099)—you provide your own laptop, phone, and equipment

Location

Must be based in Pittsburgh. Primarily remote, with on-site client visits around the greater Pittsburgh region and biweekly check-ins at our Gibsonia office. Applications outside of the local Pittsburgh area will not be considered.
