The position scales output through peak and shoulder seasons and requires on-site event presence in the evenings and weekends while maintaining a remote/independent workflow for planning and editing.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form video work.
• Experience filming at on-site events preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
• Ability to adapt tone and visual style across multiple brands.
• Fast turnaround on time-sensitive content.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, tailored to each brand's voice.
• Create or source supporting graphics for social posts.
• Maintain and execute the social content calendar in coordination with the Director of Marketing.
• Cover assigned on-site events for real-time and near-real-time content capture.
• Monitor basic engagement and flag notable trends back to the Director.
• Deliver content in formats/aspect ratios appropriate to each platform (reels, stories, in-feed).
