Pine Cove, Inc. is seeking a part-time Content Coordinator to manage editorial planning, content creation, and approvals across our Inside the Cove emails, alumni communications, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

You will coordinate across marketing channels, ensure timely email approvals, and keep multiple content streams moving smoothly while reflecting Pine Cove’s values. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in related fields, strong writing skills, and familiarity with digital publishing tools like

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills including spelling and grammar.
• Able to write emails that are short, punchy and in Pine Cove’s style and tone.
• Experience with digital content publishing platforms like WordPress is helpful.
• Able to keep multiple pieces of content moving forward simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a desire to serve and do all things with excellence.
• Familiar with digital software and able to pick up new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial planning and content creation for Inside the Cove weekly email and monthly staff alumni email newsletter.
• Coordinate marketing and resource email approvals.
• Oversee and manage Pine Cove’s LinkedIn page.
• Oversee content creation, posting and monitoring of social media channels like @pinecovestaff and @pinecovealumni.
• Responsible for other tasks as directed.
