Job summary

McLeod Construction LLC is seeking a Project Administrator (Part-Time w/Benefits) in Lynnwood, WA to support the Insurance Department. This role focuses on scheduling, coordination, and communication across management and field staff, with knowledge of construction processes and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining the weekly schedule, coordinating with clients, and assisting with materials orders.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction terminology, processes, and jobsite coordination.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to track 20+ projects at various stages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Buildertrend is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Construction process knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the weekly construction schedule to ensure field staff have accurate, up-to-date project information.
• Communicate with clients, homeowners, and tenants regarding schedules, access, and logistics.
• Assist project managers with ordering materials and equipment as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for field staff regarding schedules, site access, and daily logistics.
• Maintain a working knowledge of company tools, materials, and active projects.
• Participate in an on-call phone rotation for one week approximately twice per year.
