Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Part-time as-needed Construction Inspector to join our Construction Management Team in Hanover, MD, DC or Fairfax, VA. The Inspector will observe construction activities, review documents, prepare daily reports, and assist with schedule and invoice reviews.

Qualified candidates have 5 years of mechanical/civil/utility inspection experience and are proficient with MS Office. The role may require minimal local travel and will report to the Resident Engineer or Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 5 years of mechanical/civil/utility construction inspection experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook) and math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction work and review drawings and specs.
• Prepare detailed daily activity and progress reports with photos.
• Participate in project schedules and contractor invoice reviews.
• Ensure Arcadis safety guidelines are followed on site.
