Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Part-time as-needed Construction Inspector to join our Tampa, Florida team. The role focuses on construction inspection, QA/QC, and field management for municipal projects, reporting to the Resident Engineer/Project Manager.

Flexible hours characterize the PTAN arrangement with travel to site visits as needed. The ideal candidate has extensive civil/utility inspection experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work year-round in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 10 years of mechanical/civil/utility construction inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction work performed by contractors.
• Perform punch list inspections and review drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed daily activity and progress reports/photos.
• Participate in project schedule and contractor invoice reviews.
• Attend construction meetings and safety updates.
