Qualifications

• Qualified by education or experience to teach the course.
• Four-year degree or graduate degree qualifies to teach in their field.
• Active or inactive contractor with 5+ years’ experience may teach construction.
• Two years’ experience interacting with the subject matter in contracting/inspector/engineer roles.
• Train the Trainer certification required.

Responsibilities

• Teach, present lectures, and conduct discussions using visual aids.
• Prepare reports and maintain student records per policy.
• Observe and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
• Administer tests to measure progress and effectiveness.
• Enforce school policies and state regulations.
• Promote Gold Coast programs to students.
