Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator to develop accurate, timely cost estimates for varied public and private projects. You will perform quantity surveys, analyze subcontractor bids, and coordinate with engineers to produce reliable takeoffs.

This part-time, hourly role offers DOE pay, plus a 401(k) match up to 4%, a $500 yearly cell stipend, PTO accrual, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or similar technical training.
• Minimum of five years estimating experience on construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Develop full‑scope cost estimates for varied public and private projects.
• Interpret drawings and specifications; prepare takeoffs and bid analyses.
• Coordinate with engineers to produce quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Manage bid files, subcontractor quotes, and vendor proposals.
• Assist in project logistics planning and schedule development.
