We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Construction Estimator to take ownership of complex preconstruction lifecycles. In this role, you will perform cost modeling, hard bids, and design-build proposals for high-profile regional projects. You will collaborate directly with trade partners to deliver precise, competitive, and value-engineered estimates that ensure project success from day one.
The role demands effective communication and sharp visual acuity for reviewing complex documents and performing detailed computer work. While there are times for quiet concentration, you will also be expected to move actively throughout the office and travel occasionally to various locations, including dynamic construction sites. You must be able to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds on occasion.
