Responsibilities include serving as a local information source, handling dining reservations, coordinating services, answering calls, and ensuring a clean, welcoming lobby environment. Reliability and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and assist guests with requests.
• Reliable attendance and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local information source for guests.
• Provide information about events within the resort and surrounding area.
• Maintain brochure rack items in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Answer all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assist guests with dining reservations, flowers, wine, or gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, airline reservations, directions, and other special arrangements.
• Assist guests with questions and concerns, make suggestions and identify possible solutions.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
