Job summary

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate in Davenport, FL, is seeking a part-time Concierge to assist guests with information, reservations, and special arrangements. You will handle guest inquiries, direct them to local events, and support the guest service desk with calls and coordination.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliable attendance, flexible days and weekends, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality setting within the Troon family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Open availability for days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a local information source for guests.
• Provides information about events within the resort and surrounding area.
• Maintains brochure rack items in a clean, organized manner.
• Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assists guests with dining reservations, flowers, gifts, and transportation arrangements.
• Addresses questions and concerns, offering solutions when possible.
• Adheres to safe work practices and performs other duties as required.

As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Concierge

• Serves as a local information source for guests.
• Provides information about special events within the resort and the surrounding area.
• Maintains adequate supply of brochure rack items in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assists guests with various services such as: making dining reservations, ordering flowers wine, or gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, making or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements.
• Assists guests with questions and concerns, makes suggestions and identifies possible solutions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Concierge

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Open availability for days, nights, and weekends.
