Job summary

Terraces of Boise - a HumanGood community is seeking a part-time Concierge to provide exceptional hospitality as the first impression for visitors. You will share information in person or by phone, perform clerical duties, and ensure residents’ privacy and safety.

The role is on-site at the Boise, Idaho community with a Friday–Sunday 4 pm–10 pm schedule and pay rate of $18/hr. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, providing community information to inquiries, and assisting

Qualifications

• Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability that may include evenings, weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
• Providing an overview of community information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts
• Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors.
