Seaton Senior Living in Sellersville, PA is seeking a Concierge for part-time evening shifts (4pm-8pm, a couple nights per week) with alternate Saturdays and Sundays. Additional hours may be available as needed, such as 8am-4pm.

The role includes answering phones, greeting residents, managing appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area, while upholding company policies and delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and handle reception duties.
• Take complete messages and relay to intended recipient.
• Greet residents and visitors; provide directions.
• Schedule appointments for residents (hairdresser, transportation, etc).
• Keep desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
