Job summary

Apple Autos in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Concierge/Cashier to join our team on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, handle payments for vehicle services, and provide receipts while delivering excellent service.

No prior experience needed; we train. The role offers flexible hours, on-site work at multiple locations, opportunities for advancement, scholarships and tuition support, and a respectful team focused on great customer experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.
• Provide receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Assist customers with questions related to billing, payments, and pricing.
• Coordinate with service and quick lube departments to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Maintain and organize cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
• Assist in daily rental transactions.
• Ensure repair orders are scanned daily into the DMS
