Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process financial transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Provide receipts and document all transactions.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, and pricing questions.
• Coordinate with service departments to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Uphold company policies regarding financial transactions.
• Keep cashier station clean and organized.
• Assist in daily rental transactions.
• Ensure repair orders are scanned daily into the DMS.
