One Lincoln Park in Dayton, OH is seeking a part-time Front Desk Concierge Associate to perform administrative tasks, greet residents and guests, answer calls, dispatch transportation, and uphold safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional office setting.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Clear communication using a multi-line telephone, a two-way radio and intercom system.
• Proficient in common computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and in-house security system

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage sign-in.
• Answer phone professionally and route calls.
• Support Marketing with inquiries and walk-ins from prospective tenants.
• Maintain lobby area and organize as needed.
• Assist with safety drills and follow departmental procedures.
